EWM TEXT MESSAGING APP (New Feature)
With EWM’s Text Messaging App, Maria has a tool that ensures every potential buyer for your property receives a fast, professional response. When a buyer sees your sign and texts ‘EWM’ to 5-9-5-5-9 they will be able to receive a text message with information on your home. Integrating GPS into the text message, buyers simply click on a link which will then show the 5 closest properties to their present location inside of a browser page. A notification is sent directly to Maria's cell phone within seconds. In the blink of an eye, your potential buyer can connect with the one sales professional who best knows your home and its unique selling features.

has aligned itself with the London-based brokerage fi rm, Mayfair International Realty
(MIR). In operation for over ten years, Mayfair International markets high end
properties to an affl uent and international demographic.

Grosvenor Square, the site of the United States Embassy. Mayfair is the most exclusive
address in the United Kingdom, equivalent to Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, Worth Avenue
